Pictoico is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to provide you with quality service, Pictoico might ask you for information necessary to accomodate your needs or communicate with you. All the information is strictly for Pictoico and will not be shared with any third party.
Information which Pictoico gathers might include: your name, e-mail address, location, your preferences regarding icon/pictogram design that you communicate with us.
Refund policy
Since all materials are made available as non-restricted downloads of digital goods, you are not required to make any kind of payment in order to use Pictoico service. Materials are released to public audience using Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 Unported license.
In case you purchase royalty free license all sales are final and license cannot be returned in order to get a refund. License will be delivered to you via e-mail once your payment has passed fraud verification process. Once license is received, you cannot request refund.
In case your transaction is cancelled or reversed for any reason, your license becomes void immediately and use of Pictoico materials not in compliance with public Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 Unported license is strictly prohibited.
In case of refund: If you have paid using your credit card, the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 10 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you paid using bank wire, your refund will be sent to you using the same method. At the moment, we do not accept money orders or cheques.
